Call To Order
Chairman Pierog called today's meeting to order at 11:03 a.m. She announced that
there was no in-person quorum. No votes could be taken. She asked the Committee to
briefly pause the meeting until an official quorum is established. The Labor
Management Committee meeting reconvened at 11:43 a.m. with an official quorum in
the room.

Remote Attendance Requests
Chairman Pierog announced the remote attendance requests for today's meeting. She
asked the Committee if there were any objections to Committee Member Molina
attending remotely. There were no objections.

Public Comment
Kane County resident Virginia Romano expressed her parliamentary concerns on
closed session policies, and requested a point-of-order in regards to the collective
bargaining agreements being discussed in executive session.
