Vote on Settlement Approval for Case 2024LA000072  
ASA Tabor explained that a scrivener's error was made on today's Legal Affairs and  
Claims Committee meeting agenda. She stated that case 2024LA000072 was  
dismissed and should have been replaced with 2024SC3428. She noted that Case  
2024SC3428 is the one the Committee will be voting upon for the approved settlement  
amount.
