Kious motioned to amend and replace the existing resolution with a copy
handed out by the State's Attorney's Office, this motion was seconded by
Penesis. ASA Ford explained that this was an amendment to a contract
that was previously approved. Discussion ensued.

County Dev. Dept. elaborated on the requested special use permit to allow for a
commercial solar energy facility. Discussion ensued regarding opposition from
the Village of Sugar Grove.
Property owner Gary Linos further explained the plans and benefits of utilizing
this area as proposed in this petition.
