Chairman Sanchez asked the Committee if there were any objections to Committee  
Members Molina and Strathmann attending today's meeting remotely. There were no  
objections heard those Committee Members would have full participation.

Public Comment  
Rick Williams of Elburn, also a member of the Board of Directors for Between Friends  
Food Pantry of Sugar Grove spoke. He was accompanied by Shari Frieders the  
pantry's executive director. Mr. Williams reported the pantry had sent in a request for  
$15,000 of ARPA funds to cover the impact COVID 19 has had on the pantry's  
operations. He acknowledged his hope this request would be considered if any ARPA  
funds were still available. Mr. William's comments are available in an audio file  
available to the Public.
