Acknowledging Annual Review of Number of Procurement Cards Issued to the Kane County Veteran’s Assistance Commission and Each of their Transactions

WHEREAS, the Kane County Board approved resolution #22-21 on January 11, 2022 amending the Kane County Financial Policies regarding the use and administration of Kane County procurement cards; and
WHEREAS, the amended Financial Policies regarding procurement cards now require the number of procurement cards issued and transaction limits established for each cardholder to be reviewed annually by the standing committee to which the cardholder’s elected official reports as well as by the Finance Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kane County Board that this standing committee and the Finance Committee hereby acknowledge that the attached list of procurement cards and their single and monthly transaction limits have been reviewed.
