Approving the Purchase of Three Replacement Vehicles for Kane County Court Services

WHEREAS, Kane County Court Services is in need of three replacement vehicles for aging fleet vehicles that have been approved for replacement by the Kane County Division of Transportation; and
WHEREAS, Kane County Court Services utilizes county fleet vehicles on a daily basis to supervise and provide services to probation clients in the community; and
WHEREAS, the Suburban Purchasing Cooperative has deemed Currie Motors Fleet 10125 W. Laraway Frankfort, IL 60423 the approved supplier of the 2024 Ford Escape Active All Wheel Drive Sporty Utility Vehicle at the price per vehicle of $31,492 including options and delivery.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kane County Board approves the purchase of three (3) 2024 Ford Escape Active All Wheel Drive Sport Utility Vehicles with accompanying options and delivery for a not-to-exceed amount of Ninety-Four Thousand, Four Hundred Seventy-Six Dollars ($94,476.00) from Currie Motors Fleet in Frankfort, Illinois.
