Approving First Amendment to Intergovernmental Agreement with Hampshire Township Road District

WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 24-508, the Kane County Board approved and authorized the Kane County Board Chairman to execute an Intergovernmental Agreement with HAMPSHIRE TOWNSHIP ROAD DISTRICT for the MARNEY AND KELLY AND THE KELLEY OFF-SITE DRAINAGE projects; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the Agreement with HAMPSHIRE TOWNSHIP ROAD DISTRICT as follows:
(a) In Section V. SUBAWARD INFORMATION of the Agreement, the amount in the “Award Amount” line item is changed from $260,000 (Two Hundred Sixty Thousand Dollars) to $290,848.00 (Two Hundred Ninety Thousand Eight Hundred Forty-Eight Dollars).
(b) In Exhibit A: Program Terms to the Agreement, the reference to $260,000 (Two Hundred Sixty Thousand Dollars) in the “Eligible Costs” section is changed to $290,848.00 (Two Hundred Ninety Thousand Eight Hundred Forty-Eight Dollars).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kane County Board approves of First Amendment to the Intergovernmental Agreement with HAMPSHIRE TOWNSHIP ROAD DISTRICT, attached hereto, and authorizes the Kane County Board Chairman to execute this First Amendment to the Intergovernmental Agreement, with the final form subject to the review and advisement of the Kane County State’s Attorney’s Office.
