Authorizing Creation of Ogden Gardens No. 2 Special Service Area Fund #5316

WHEREAS, the Ogden Gardens No 2 Special Service Area SW 55 was established November 9, 2021 as Ordinance 21-496 for the purpose of providing a backup mechanism to the Ogden Gardens Water Trust; and
WHEREAS, loan funds provided to residents for installation of private water services will be paid back upon sale of the home to be held in Fund #5316 and utilized towards future improvements to the Ogden Gardens Water Trust water system.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kane County Board establish the Ogden Gardens No 2 Special Service Area SW 55 Fund #5316 for the FY 2024 fiscal year and future fiscal years.
