AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT WITH BATAVIA INSTANT PRINT, INC. TO FURNISH, PRINT AND DELIVER NCR FORMS FOR THE BUILDING MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT (BID# 26-026-DH)

WHEREAS, bids have been solicited for the Kane County Building Management Department to Furnish, Print, and Deliver NCR Forms (BID# 26-026-DH). A total of one (1) bid was received by the June 12, 2026 deadline; and
WHEREAS, the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, as per bid documents and specifications is Batavia Instant Print, Inc. 33W480 Fabyan Parkway, Suite 104, West Chicago, IL 60185; and
WHEREAS, this contract is for one (1) year and will include four (4) one (1) year options for renewal, if mutually agreed upon by both parties. Kane County reserves the right to change the commencement and/or end of the contract periods; and
WHEREAS, this pricing contract shall allow the County to order NCR forms on an as needed basis. This contract is for the printing & delivery of various NCR forms that are utilized by a number of different County facilities; and
WHEREAS, the contract calls for the use of funds beyond the present budget year and the County of Kane acknowledges the necessity of the appropriation of such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Kane County Board that the Chairman thereof is hereby authorized and directed to execute a one (1) year contract with optional four (4) one (1) year renewals with Batavia Instant Print, Inc. 33W480 Fabyan Parkway, Suite 104 West Chicago, IL 60185 to Furnish, Print and Deliver NCR Forms for the Building Management Department in the amount not to exceed Eighty Thousand Dollars ($80,000) per fiscal year.
