Repealing Section 2-7 of the Kane County Code (Foster Care Support Rate)

WHEREAS, Chapter 2 (Administration), Article I (In General), Section 2-7 (Foster Care Support Rate) of the Kane County Code sets out a support rate for county foster parent care; and
WHEREAS, the Kane County Board has determined that section 2-7 of the Kane County Code should be repealed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Kane County Board that Section 2-7 (Foster Care Support Rate) of the Kane County Code is hereby repealed in its entirety.
Passed by the Kane County Board on February 10, 2026.
