Approving a Contract Extension with Huddleston-McBride Services, LLC for FY-2026

WHEREAS, a one-year contract with four one-year extensions was approved as Resolution 21-399; and
WHEREAS, Huddleston-McBride Drainage Company now doing business as Huddleston-McBride Services, LLC provides drainage consulting and construction services under the Kane County Cost-Share Drainage Program for various drainage projects throughout the County; and
WHEREAS, Huddleston-McBride Services, LLC has agreed to the same terms and conditions as the original contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kane County Board and the Chairman thereof is hereby authorized and directed to sign the Extension of Contract for an amount not to exceed $70,000 for the fourth and final contract extension with budgeted funding under ARPA fund 355 and Cost-Share Drainage fund 405.
