Approving Second Amendment to Agreement Between County of Kane and The Family Recovery Centers, PLLC

WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 24-350, the Kane County Board approved and authorized the Kane County Board Chairman to execute Behavioral Health System Improvement grant agreements with several organizations in Kane County as part of the efforts of the Kane County Health Department to improve the behavioral health system in Kane County and meet the behavioral health needs of Kane County residents; and 

 

WHEREAS, by Resolution 24-437, the Kane County Board approved and authorized the Kane County Board Chairman to execute a First Amendment to the agreement between the County of Kane and The Family Recovery Centers, PLLC (FRC); and

 

WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the Agreement to update the budget table in Exhibit A to the Agreement; and

 

WHEREAS, the Second Amendment to the Agreement, attached hereto, will not affect the total award amount awarded in Agreement.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kane County Board approves of Second Amendment to the Agreement with The Family Recovery Centers, attached hereto, and authorizes the Kane County Board Chairman to execute this Second Amendment to the Agreement, with the final form subject to the review and advisement of the Kane County State’s Attorney’s Office.
