Authorizing Appointment of Election Judges

WHEREAS, pursuant to Illinois Election Code at 10 ILCS 5/13-3, the Kane County Board is required to appoint five election judges for each precinct within the County of Kane for elections beginning with the General Election in November 2026 through the General Primary Election of 2028; and
WHEREAS, the Executive Committee of the Kane County Board has recommended that the list of active election judges and supplemental election judges, which is on file in the Office of the County Clerk, be approved by the Kane County Board with said list to be updated as additions/deletions are made to the precincts.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kane County Board that the list of elections judges on file with the Kane County Clerk is approved for the Kane County elections to be held beginning with the General Election in November 2026 through the General Primary of 2028.
