Amending Ordinance No. 25-349 Adoption of a Revised Schedule of Fees for Stormwater Permits

WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 25-349 was approved on October 20, 2026; and
WHEREAS, the Ordinance revised the fees for Stormwater Permits in Unincorporated Kane County and Non-Certified Communities; and
WHEREAS, a scrivener’s error occurred on two-line items under Stormwater Submittals in the description for small and large sites that does not impact the fee amount.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Kane County Board that the Revised Schedule A is adopted as the Stormwater Permit fees for Unincorporated Kane County and Non-Certified Communities.
Passed by the Kane County Board on October 13, 2026.
