AUTHORIZING THE RE-PROGRAMMING OF STATE AND LOCAL FISCAL RECOVERY FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($100,000) FROM THE KANE COUNTY 16TH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT COURT TECHNOLOGY MODERNIZATION ARPA PROJECT TO THE KANE COUNTY ARPA PROGRAM ADMINISTRATIVE PROJECT

WHEREAS, by Resolutions 22-79 and 25-104, the Kane County Board authorized $3,075,862.66 (Three Million Seventy-Five Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty-Two Dollars and Sixty-Six Cents) in State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds for the Kane County 16th Judicial Circuit Court's Judicial Technology Modernization ARPA Project; and
WHEREAS, the Judicial Technology Modernization ARPA project was completed under budget; and
WHEREAS, the American rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Committee recommends reprogramming One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) from the Kane County 16th Judicial Circuit Court's Judicial Technology Modernization ARPA project to the Kane County ARPA Program Administrative project to be spent during the ARPA period of performance and in accordance with the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, the Final Rule and related guidance issued by the United States Department of the Treasury, and any other Federal, State or local laws and regulations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kane County Board hereby authorizes re-programming One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000) from the Kane County 16th Judicial Circuit Court's Judicial Technology Modernization ARPA project to the Kane County ARPA Program Administrative project to be spent during the ARPA period of performance and in accordance with the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, the Final Rule and related guidance issued by the United States Department of the Treasury, and any other Federal, State or local laws and regulations.
