Zoning Board: Approval with the following stipulations:
1. All new buildings are to be located outside the floodplain and must follow the Building Protection Standards in the Kane County Stormwater Ordinance.
2. An existing accessory structure is located in the Floodplain. This structure predates the first Flood Insurance Rate Maps for the County. Water Resources will require a Stormwater Permit to retrofit this building to meet the Building Protection Standards in the Kane County Stormwater Ordinance.
3. Any future structures shall be built exterior to the ultimate 75’ half right-of-way as measured from the Illinois Route 31 centerline and the 35’ building setback.
