Adopting a Tax Levy for the Social Security Fund

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Board of the County of Kane, State of Illinois, at this adjourned session of the November meeting of said County Board, held at the Government Center in Geneva, Kane County, Illinois, that there be and there is hereby levied upon all taxable property within the County of Kane, the sum of:
FOUR MILLION SIX HUNDRED NINETY-FOUR THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FORTY-THREE DOLLARS ($4,694,843)
Such levy shall be spent for the objects and purposes as set forth in detail in the SOCIAL SECURITY FUND Budget of the County of Kane, State of Illinois for the fiscal period beginning December 1, 2025 and ending November 30, 2026.
Passed by the Kane County Board on November 10, 2025.
