AUTHORIZING THE RE-PROGRAMMING OF STATE AND LOCAL FISCAL RECOVERY FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF SIX THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED THIRTY-FOUR DOLLARS AND NINTY-ONE CENTS ($6,634.91) FROM AGREEMENT #39062870 BETWEEN THE COUNTY OF KANE AND SUGAR GROVE AMERICAN LEGION POST 1271 TO FIVE (5) OTHER 26 USC 501(C)(19) VETERANS SERVICE ORGANIZATIONS IN KANE COUNTY

WHEREAS, by resolutions 23-183 and 23-272 authorized the allocation of State and Local Fiscal Recovery funds to eligible 26 USC 501(C)(19) Veterans Service Organizations in Kane County; and
WHEREAS, Agreement #39062870 between the County of Kane and Sugar Grove American Legion Post 1271 did not spend their full ARPA award and had a remaining unspent amount; and
WHEREAS, the following amounts are re-programmed from the remaining amount in Agreement#39062870 to the following authorized 26 USC 501 (C) (19) agreements as follows:
A) $1,136.76 (One Thousand One Hundred Thirty-Six Dollars and Seventy-Six Cents) to Agreement #39153868 between the County of Kane and Waidley Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 468
B) $1,129.55 (One Thousand One Hundred Twenty-Nine Dollars and Fifty-Five Cents) to Agreement #40207610 between the County of Kane and Elburn American Legion Post 630
C) $1,165.74 (One Thousand One Hundred Sixty-Five Dollars and Seventy-Four Cents) to Agreement #4019333591 between the County of Kane and American Legion Post 57
D) $1,346.68 (One Thousand Three Hundred Forty-Six Dollars and Sixty-Eight Cents) to Agreement #41250303 between the County of Kane and Elgin VFW Post 1307
E) $1,856.18 (One Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty-Six Dollars and Eighteen Cents) to Agreement #41203537 between the County of Kane and VFW Post 2298
