Authorizing Execution of Separation Agreement with the Director of Communications for Kane County Emergency Communications

WHEREAS, the Kane County Board has determined that it is in the best interests of the County to enter into a separation agreement with Michelle Guthrie, Director of Communications for Kane County Emergency Communications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Kane County Board that the Kane County Board Chairman is authorized to execute a separation agreement on behalf of the County of Kane with Michelle Guthrie, Director of Communications for Kane County Emergency Communications, and to execute such documents and to take such other actions as are necessary to effectuate the terms of the separation agreement, with the final separation agreement and all such other actions subject to the review and advisement of the Kane County State’s Attorney’s Office.
