1. Impervious area has been added to the site. A Stormwater Permit will be required to bring the site into conformance with the Kane County Stormwater Ordinance. The site appears to be below the threshold for Stormwater Detention. All impervious area added since June 2019 will require a BMP to treat 1 inch of runoff. Detention will be triggered at 25,000 sq ft of impervious added cumulatively since 2002.
