APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH EISNER ADVISORY GROUP LLC (EAG) TO PROVIDE PROFESSIONAL SOFTWARE IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES TO THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT

WHEREAS, Kane County Resolution 24-313 approved an agreement in the amount of $57,780 between Kane County and EAG Great Lakes, LLC d\b\a EisnerAmper, the preferred, accredited, and sole partner within the greater Chicagoland area for the provision of professional services and implementation of the Workday Adaptive Insights forecasting and budgeting software; and
WHEREAS, EAG Great Lakes, LLC d\b\a EisnerAmper is now structured as Eisner Advisory Group LLC; and
WHEREAS, the Kane County Finance Department is finalizing the implementation of the Workday Adaptive Insights forecasting and budgeting software and requires the continued professional services of EisnerAmper in an on-call rate per hour basis as of the date hereof and continue through November 30, 2027, beyond which the contract can be mutually extended in writing annually for an additional one (1) year from November 30 based on the professional fees established in Exhibit 1; and
WHEREAS, the Kane County Finance Department budgeted $10,000 in FY 2026 for professional services with EisnerAmper and will limit use of the on-call services in FY 2026 to the 2026 budgeted amount, managed by purchase order.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Kane County Board that the Chairman thereof is hereby authorized to execute an amendment to the contract with EisnerAmper for on-call professional services from the date hereof through November 30, 2027, with the option to extend for one additional year.
