Authorizing Creation of Boyer Road Special Service Area Fund #5315

WHEREAS, the Boyer Road Special Service Area SW 57 was established on May 9, 2023 as Ordinance 23-187 for the purpose of funding drainage improvements and long term maintenance of those improvements in the area; and

WHEREAS, the most appropriate means of accounting for the expenditures and revenue is through the use of special revenue funds into which the tax levy may be deposited and funds transferred for repayment of loans and fees.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kane County Board establish the Boyer Road Special Service Area SW 57 Fund #5315 for the FY 2024 budget and future budget years.
