REAPPROPRIATING FUNDS AND AMENDING RESOLUTION 19-452 WITH V3 COMPANIES, LTD. OF WOODRIDGE, ILLINOIS FOR ON-CALL DESIGN ENGINEERING SERVICES, KANE COUNTY SECTION NO. 19-00519-00-ES

WHEREAS, Kane County Resolution No. 19-452 approved an agreement for on-call design engineering services, Kane County Section No. 19-00519-00-ES with V3 Companies, LTD of Woodridge, Illinois, and appropriated One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) from County Highway Fund #300; and
WHEREAS, the on-call design engineering services consists of Wenmoth Road at Main Street Road and Wenmoth Road at Fabyan Parkway, both of which are South Impact Fee Fund #560 eligible projects; and
WHEREAS, Kane County Resolution No. 23-129 approved an amendment to the agreement and appropriated an additional Two hundred Fifty-Five Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty-Five Dollars ($255,965.00) from South Impact Fee Fund #560; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the County to utilize impact fee funds when project expenditures meet the eligibility criteria for usage of impact fee funds; and
WHEREAS, of the One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) appropriation under County Highway Fund #300, Twenty-Eight Thousand, Four Hundred Eighty-Five Dollars and 73/100 ($28,485.73) has been spent which leaves Seventy-One Thousand, Five Hundred and Fourteen Dollars and 27/100 ($71,514.27) remaining.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Kane County Board that the remaining appropriation of Seventy-One Thousand, Five Hundred and Fourteen Dollars and 27/100 ($71,514.27) in County Highway Fund #300, be moved out of County Highway Fund #300 and into South Impact Fee Fund #560.
