Resolution Approving a Change Order with HR Green, Inc. for Professional Services to Develop Engineering Plans and Construction Observation for the Fox River Trail Path Improvements

WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary and desirable to amend the contract between the Forest Preserve District of Kane County and HR Green, Inc. for the additional work associated with the construction implementation services for Phase I, II, and III of the Fox River Trail Path Improvement Project; and
WHEREAS, it is now the desire of the District to change this approved amount for an additional $71,500.00 for the construction implementation services for Phase I, II, and III and construction observation of Phase II.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Commissioners of the Forest Preserve District of Kane County, Kane County, Illinois that the change order from HR Green, Inc. to provide additional services for a cost not to exceed $71,500.00 for a total new contract price not to exceed $221,431.00 be, and hereby is, accepted and approved.
