Resolution Authorizing a Temporary Construction Easement with the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) for Improvements at US Highway 20 and Hampshire Forest Preserve

WHEREAS, the Forest Preserve District of Kane County and the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) desire to enter a temporary construction easement agreement for improvement at US Highway 20 and Hampshire Forest Preserve; and
WHEREAS, IDOT is requesting 0.048 acres of temporary construction easement for five years, for improvements to US Highway 20 at Big Timber Road; and
WHEREAS, IDOT will compensate the District $400 for the temporary construction easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Commissioners of the Forest Preserve District of Kane County, Kane County, Illinois, and that the President and Secretary of the District be, and hereby are, authorized to execute and deliver on behalf of the District, the agreement hereto and made a part of hereof, as attached.
