Authorizing a Contract for Kane County's Judicial Center Water Quality Improvements (BID# 24-062-KK)

WHEREAS, Kane County has solicited and received one (1) bid (BID# 24-062-KK) for the Kane County’s Judicial Water Quality Improvements Project; and
WHEREAS, the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, as per bid documents and specifications was Hartwig Mechanical, Inc. of Harvard, IL; and
WHEREAS, the cost of the Kane County Kane County’s Judicial Water Quality Improvements Project will be a project amount of Two Hundred Thirty-Five Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy-Five Dollars ($235,775); and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Kane County Board that the Chairman thereof is hereby authorized and directed to execute a contract with Hartwig Mechanical 20800 E. Brink Street Harvard, IL 60033 for Kane County’s Judicial Water Quality Improvements Project in an amount not to exceed Two Hundred Thirty-Five Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy-Five Dollars ($235,775).
