Adopting a Tax Levy for the Crane Road Estates Special Billing Area

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Board of the County of Kane, State of Illinois, at this adjourned session of the August meeting of said County Board, held at the Government Center in Geneva, Kane County, Illinois, that there be and there is hereby levied upon the Crane Road Estates Special Billing Area (Kane County SBA) within the County of Kane, the sum of:
FIFTY-NINE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($59,185)
Such levy shall be spent for the objects and purposes as set forth in detail of County Board Resolution 11-113, passed May 10, 2011, and accounted for in an agency fund for the fiscal period beginning December 1, 2026 and ending November 30, 2027.
