WHEREAS, the Kane County Division of Transportation has solicited and received bids for the work described as:
KANE COUNTY SECTION NO. 25-00592-00-RP
KIRK ROAD PCC REPAIR PROJECT
(hereinafter the "Project")
WHEREAS, the lowest responsible bidder for the Project is:
A LAMP CONCRETE CONTRACTORS, INC. OF SCHAUMBURG, ILLINOIS
With a low bid of
$1,158,960.53
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Kane County Board that a contract for the Project described hereinabove shall be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, A Lamp Concrete Contractors, Inc. of Schaumburg, Illinois in the amount as indicated hereinabove and that the County Board Chairman is hereby authorized and directed to execute a contract and contractor's bond therefor.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Kane County Board that there is hereby appropriated One Million One Hundred Fifty-Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty and 53/100 Dollars ($1,158,960.53) from Motor Fuel Local Option Fund #304, Line Item #52280 (Pavement Preservation) to pay for the Project.
