REAPPROPRIATING FUNDS AND AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 23-309 WITH HR GREEN, INC. FOR FABYAN PARKWAY CORRIDOR IMPROVEMENTS FROM IL ROUTE 31 TO IL ROUTE 25, KANE COUNTY SECTION NO. 19-00507-00-CH

WHEREAS, Resolution 23-309 approved an agreement with HR Green, Inc. for Fabyan Parkway Corridor Improvements, Kane County Section No. 19-00507-00-CH, and appropriated Two Million One Hundred Twenty-Eight Thousand Four Hundred Seventy-One Dollars ($2,128,471.00) from Motor Fuel Tax Fund #302; and
WHEREAS, the proposed improvements include elements that enhance roadway capacity and functionality to accommodate anticipated growth, providing benefits to current users and future system demands; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of Kane County to reappropriate One Million Fifty Thousand Dollars ($1,050,000.00) of the remaining balance associated with this project to align with eligible funding sources and ensure proper use of impact fee revenues.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Kane County Board that One Million Fifty Thousand Dollars ($1,050,000.00) of the remaining appropriation currently allocated within Motor Fuel Tax Fund #302 is hereby reappropriated and transferred from Motor Fuel Tax Fund #302 to South Impact Fee Fund #560.
