A member of the public was present and spoke on the project; Rod Stipe from Waste Management expressed concerns regarding the long-term management of the superfund landfill site. The Committee discussed and agreed to add a stipulation of approval that provides: “Prior to issuance of any building permits, the Petitioner shall enter into an agreement with Waste Management regarding the recorded Land Covenants dated February 15, 2013.”
