Resolution Approving the Purchase of One (1) Schulte XH1500 Mower for the Natural Resource Management Department

                     WHEREAS, it is deemed necessary and desirable for the Commissioners of the Forest Preserve District of Kane County, Illinois, to authorize a purchase of a replacement 15-foot mow deck for use by the Natural Resource Management Department; and

WHEREAS, the District utilized the Sourcewell Joint Purchasing Program to secure a 32% reduction to the MSRP for the mow deck; and

WHEREAS, the local authorized Schulte Dealer is German-Bliss Inc. of Princeville, IL; and

WHEREAS, the purchase price is $45,171.60.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the Forest Preserve District of Kane County, Illinois, that the purchase of one (1) Schulte XH1500 from German-Bliss Inc. of Princeville, IL for a total cost not to exceed $45,171.60 be, and hereby is, accepted and approved.
