Adopting a Tax Levy for the Tamara Dittman Special Billing Area

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Board of the County of Kane, State of Illinois, at this adjourned session of the August meeting of said County Board, held at the Government Center in Geneva, Kane County, Illinois, that there be and there is hereby levied upon the Tamara Dittman Special Billing Area (Kane County SBA SW50) within the County of Kane, the sum of:
FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($550)
Such levy shall be spent for the objects and purposes as set forth in detail in the TAMARA DITTMAN SBA SW50 Budget of the County of Kane, State of Illinois for the fiscal period beginning December 1, 2026 and ending November 30, 2027.
Passed by the Kane County Board on August 11, 2026.
