Authorizing Execution of Agreement with Metopio Approved by Resolution 23-291

WHEREAS, by Resolution 23-291, the Kane County Board authorized a contract with Metopio for the total of one hundred thousand eight hundred forty-seven dollars ($100,847.00) to serve as the vendor for the 2023 Community Health Assessment; and

WHEREAS, it is necessary to authorize the Kane County Board Chairman to execute the contract with Metopio; and

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kane County Board hereby authorizes the Kane County Board Chairman to execute a contract with Metopio for the total of one hundred thousand eight hundred forty-seven dollars ($100,847.00) to serve as the vendor for the 2023 Community Health Assessment.
