AMENDING THE SOURCE FUND LINE ITEM OF PRIOR RESOLUTION NO. 24-371 - APPROVING A PHASE I ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH BLA, INC. FOR RANDALL ROAD AT U.S. ROUTE 20 INTERCHANGE IMPROVEMENTS, KANE COUNTY SECTION NO. 19-00520-00-CH

WHEREAS, Whereas pursuant to Resolution No. 24-371, the County of Kane entered into a Phase I Engineering Services Agreement (hereinafter the "Agreement") with BLA, Inc. and appropriated Three Million Nine Hundred Forty-Five Thousand Seventeen Dollars ($3,945,017.00) for engineering services for the Kane County Highway No. 34 (Randall Road) at the US 20 Interchange Improvement Project; and
WHEREAS, the Resolution No. 24-371 that was submitted for approval to the Kane County Board contained a scrivener's error appropriating the above stated $3,945,017.00 from an incorrect fund, namely Transportation Sales Tax Fund #305, Line Item #50140 (Engineering); and
WHEREAS, the fund from which said $3,945,017.00 is intended to be appropriated is Motor Fuel Tax Fund #302, Line Item #50140 (Engineering).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Kane County Board that the appropriation contained in Resolution No. 24-371 as approved, for the sum of Three Million Nine Hundred Forty-Five Thousand Seventeen Dollars ($3,945,017.00) be amended to state that said funds are appropriated from Motor Fuel Tax Fund #302, Line Item #50140 (Engineering) to pay for the engineering services approved therein.
