Authorizing Appointment of IMRF Authorized Agent

WHEREAS, the governing body of an IMRF employer can appoint any qualified party as the employer's IMRF Authorized Agent; and
WHEREAS, the governing body makes the appointment by adopting a resolution to that effect; and
WHEREAS, the clerk or secretary of the governing body must certify the appointment; and
WHEREAS, effective September 25, 2026, Christine Davis was appointed as Interim Director of the Department of the Department of Human Resources.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kane County Board appoints Christine Davis, Interim Director of the Department of Human Resources, as its IMRF Authorized Agent.
