Authorizing Contracts with Peloton Workforce, Inc. and The Salem Group for Temporary Staffing Services

WHEREAS, Kane County issued a request for proposal (RFP) #26-001 for Temporary Employee Provider Services; and
WHEREAS, current staffing providers, Peloton Workforce, Inc. and The Salem Group, responded to the RFP 26-001 and presented information regarding their services, capabilities, and expertise in the industry; and
WHEREAS, out of thirty-four (34) vendors selected for further evaluation, Peloton Workforce, Inc. and The Salem Group received the highest scores and were deemed the most qualified and best agencies to provide temporary staffing services to Kane County as the staffing agencies of choice; and
WHEREAS, Peloton Workforce, Inc. and The Salem Group have agreed to a contract for the duration of three (3) years at the rates outlined in the pricing tables in the respective proposals; and
WHEREAS, it is the recommendation of the Human Resources Department to accept the three-year contracts with Peloton Workforce, Inc. and The Salem Group for Temporary Staffing Services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kane County Board hereby authorizes the Chair of the Kane County Board to sign the Proposal Response Forms for Peloton Workforce, Inc. and The Salem Group to continue providing Temporary Staffing Services as needed and within budget to Kane County for a three-year term effective at the time of passage.
