Authorizing a Contract with Connor & Gallagher OneSource, Inc. for Health Insurance Broker and Consultant Services

WHEREAS, Kane County issued a request for proposal RFP# 25-051 for Health Insurance Broker and Consultant Services; and
WHEREAS, Connor & Gallagher OneSource, Inc. responded to the RFP# 25-051 and presented information regarding its services, capabilities, and expertise in the industry; and
WHEREAS, Connor & Gallagher OneSource, Inc. received the highest score and deemed the most qualified and best company to represent Kane County as the Health Insurance Broker of choice; and
WHEREAS, Connor & Gallagher OneSource, Inc. has agreed to a contract for the duration of two years at a rate of One Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($125,000) annually beginning April 1, 2026 and the rate of One Hundred Thirty Thousand Dollars ($130,000) annually beginning April 1, 2027; and
WHEREAS, it is the recommendation of the Human Resources Department to accept the two-year contract with Connor & Gallagher OneSource, Inc. for Health Insurance Broker Services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kane County Board hereby authorizes the Chair of the Kane County Board to sign a contract with Connor & Gallagher OneSource, Inc. attached hereto as Exhibit A to provide Health Insurance Broker and Consultant Services at the rate of One Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($125,000) annually beginning April 1, 2026 and the rate of One Hundred Thirty Thousand Dollars ($130,000) annually beginning April 1, 2027.
