Emergency Appropriation for Transfer of Funds from the Recovery Zone Bond Debt Service Fund #622 to the Pasadena Drive Special Billing Area SW48 #5311

WHEREAS, Pasadena Drive Special Billing Area SW48 Fund #5311 had transferred $2,572 in FY 2023 and $2,572 in FY 2024 to the Recovery Zone Bond Debt Service Fund #622; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the FY 2023 and FY 2024 transfers from the Pasadena Drive Special Billing Area SW48 Fund #5311 to the Recovery Zone Bond Debt Service Fund #622 were no longer required for debt service and the monies should have remained in the Pasadena Drive Special Billing Area Fund #5311 to be used for emergency funding of repairs and maintenance; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Kane County Board that $5,144 be transferred from Fund #622 - Recovery Zone Bond Debt Service Fund #622 to the Pasadena Drive Special Billing Area SW48 Fund #5311, and that the appropriation adjustments and related cash transfers listed below be made to the FY 2025 budget.
