Authorizing Additional Funds from the Mill Creek SSA Budget for the Mill Creek SSA Landscape Maintenance Services Program (Tree Related Services) with Langton Group (BID# 24-025-TK)

WHEREAS, Kane County Mill Creek SSA is currently in contract with Langton Group of Woodstock, IL for the Mill Creek SSA Landscape Maintenance Services Program (Tree Related Services); and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 24-142 approves One Hundred Sixty Thousand Dollars ($160,000) per fiscal year; and
WHEREAS, the Kane County Mill Creek SSA has had additional project needs for the Landscape Maintenance Services Program (Tree Related Services); and
WHEREAS, the Kane County Mill Creek SSA requests authorization to spend an additional amount of Forty Thousand Dollars ($40,000) per fiscal year project needs; and
WHEREAS, adequate funds are budgeted and are available in the Mill Creek SSA budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Kane County Board that the Kane County Mill Creek SSA is hereby authorized to expend up to Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000) with Langton Group per fiscal year due to additional Landscape Maintenance Services Program (Tree Related Services) needs throughout the Kane County Mill Creek SSA.
