Reappropriating Funds and Amending Resolution No. 23-72 with Peralte-Clark, LLC for Fabyan Parkway Intersection Improvements at Settlers Hill and Kingsland Drive, Kane County Section No. 21-00373-01-CH

WHEREAS, Resolution 23-72 approved an agreement with Peralte-Clark, LLC for Fabyan Parkway intersection improvements at Settlers Hill and Kingsland Drive, Kane County Section No. 21-00373-01-CH, and appropriated Seven Hundred Eighty-Eight Thousand Two Hundred Thirty-Six Dollars ($788,236.00) from Transportation Sales Tax Fund #305; and
WHEREAS, the proposed improvements include elements that enhance roadway capacity and functionality to accommodate anticipated growth, providing benefits to current users and future system demands; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of Kane County to reappropriate the remaining funds associated with this project to align with eligible funding sources and ensure proper use of impact fee revenues.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Kane County Board that the remaining appropriation in the amount of One Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand Four Hundred Forty-Five Dollars and 68/100 ($195,445.68) currently allocated within Transportation Sales Tax Fund #305 is hereby reappropriated and transferred from Transportation Sales Tax Fund #305 to South Impact Fee Fund #560.
