Authorizing New Account Code and Reclassification of Budgeted Amounts for Coroner’s Health Opiate Grant

WHEREAS, the Coroner’s Office received an Opiate grant from the Kane County Health Department; and
WHEREAS, the expenses for the Opiate grant need to be appropriated in Fund #289 - Coroner Administration; and
WHEREAS, RES 24-235 appropriated the expenses in Fund #289 - Coroner Administration in sub-department 491 - Coroner Administration; and
WHEREAS, this RESOLUTION amends RES 24-235 to reclass the appropriation of the expenses in Fund #289 - Coroner Administration from sub-department 491 - Coroner Administration to sub-department 494 Health Department Opiate Grant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Kane County Board that the amounts budgeted for the Coroner’s Health Opiate Grant be appropriated as follows for the fiscal year 2024 budget:
