Appointment to Board of Trustees of the South Elgin and Countryside Fire Protection District (Jeffrey T. Theriault)

WHEREAS, a vacancies exist in the office of Trustee of the Board of Trustees of the South Elgin and Countryside Fire Protection District due to the expiration of the term of Jeffrey T. Theriault; and
WHEREAS, the Chairman of the County Board has by law the responsibility to fill these vacancies by appointment with the advice and consent of the County Board; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Kane County Board that Jeffrey T. Theriault, 290 Courtland Drive, South Elgin, IL 60177 is hereby reappointed to the office of Trustee of the Board of Trustees of the South Elgin and Countryside Fire Protection District, such appointments to be effective immediately and expire on the first Monday in May 2028, or until his successor shall have been appointed and qualified.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the bond of Jeffrey T. Theriault is hereby fixed in the sum of $2500 with corporate surety indemnifying the People of the State of Illinois and the County of Kane.
BE IT ALSO FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Clerk forward a certified copy of this resolution to the herein named appointees and a copy to the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Case No. 68 MC 10364.
